Can have an adult or young person focus or include both (Costs £100 per person for the 2 days – or conference style £1000 per day – 30 people x £100 = £3,000 saving of £2,000)

Module Four (1 day) – Specialist Module
The indicative content for this module is considered adaptable and flexible to meet individual needs. All the other modules are applicable to children and young people and should form the basis of this module. Options available are:
- Working with children and young people – what do they need?
- Clinical assessments in children and young people
- Collaborative working – schools, sports and entertainment centres
- Assessing Gillick Competence – confidentiality and the law
- Child Protection Issues
- Risk management and self harming behaviours

Please note: Module 1 is covered on the foundation programme and does not need to be repeated in training at advanced level.
Costs: £450 per person for the module (Personal Trainer level) – programme adapted to meet the needs of the PCT or organisation. Minimum of 10 participants. May be done in one week or facilitated over weeks or months to allow flexibility of attendance. Competencies assessed.
